Simon is a specialist in online financial services, e-commerce, IT, cryptoassets, AI, SaaS, privacy, and personal data. His clients include e-money providers, payment service providers, consumer credit lenders, online finance platforms, and data providers. With extensive industry experience, Simon has served as in-house payments counsel to WorldPay and Amazon.com. He was previously General Counsel & Company Secretary at Zopa, the first peer-to-peer lending platform, and has held senior legal roles at GE and Earthport plc. Simon holds a BA LLB from the University of Sydney.
