James is a Partner at Crowley Millar, leading the firm’s Public, Health, and Administrative Law Practice. With over twenty years of experience, he has advised and represented Ireland’s health and social service agencies and has managed complex cross-border cases in the UK and EU courts. Known for his expertise in Public, Administrative, and Regulatory Law, James represents both statutory agencies and commercial clients, including in Parliamentary Inquiries and commercial contract disputes. He is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Law Society of Ireland and holds a Master’s degree in Economics.
