Colm is an Associate Solicitor, having trained with Crowley Millar and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2025. He holds a degree in Business & Law from University College Dublin. Colm advises on a variety of corporate and commercial matters as well as regulatory and compliance issues. He has worked on a wide range of M&A transactions with the firm, including cross-border transactions and those involving regulated industries.
